Questions

Which Amazon stores are supported?

All Amazon marketplaces that have the "Your Orders" page — .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es, .pl, .nl, .se, .ca, .com.au and others. PDF invoices are saved where Amazon issues them; for other orders you get the order summary.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Install the extension and use it. For Pro you only paste the license key you get after paying.

Lifetime or monthly — what's the difference?

Lifetime is a one-time payment and includes future updates. Monthly renews each month and can be cancelled any time from the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

I lost my license key.

Email sergefrontend@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we'll send it again.

A site changed and the extension stopped working.

It happens — Amazon, Kindle and Trello redesign their pages. Click "Report a problem" in the extension and email us the file; we usually fix it within days.
